Description
The former Borders parking lot does not allow any parking. However, there are no signs directly prohibiting all vehicles from parking. A friend's car was towed and the towing company failed to return her call to claim her vehicle in a timely manner.

If your vehicle has been illegally towed you can report it to the police (911). I spoke to an officer at the 14th police district and they relayed this information to me.
