Its gone now, after 4 months of unsightly mess. Owner would not respond to being politely asked to remove - in fact she declared that she could put anything she wanted in front of her house. Had to force the issue - thanks go to our Alderman Frank Douglas and Tracie at LCI for taking action with the owner.
