location between Magellan Charter School and A.E. Finley YMCA on opposite side of the road. The road is eroded past the white line for several feet (approx. 5-6 ft) and needs to be repaired. The issue is the tree company has no functioning ditch tile and so the water runs down the road rather than in the ditch. It's been like this for months and gets worse with each heavy rain
