Sharraxaadda

There are several loose street plates over construction sites at this corner. Every time cars drive over it, there is a loud booming sound that keeps residents up at night. There is construction done under these plates regularly so they must be placed correctly each time they are removed or else the same complaint will need to be made on a daily basis.
