Description

The light at blue ridge rd and rex way does not produce green arrow for vehicles wanting to turn left from blue ridge rd onto rex way. Does not produce green arrow on next cycle to vehicles that were in dedicated turn lane with flashing yellow arrow which turns to red light.

This is left turning traffic to the EMERGENCY ROOM from blue ridge road onto rex way that does not receive a green arrow. Basically there is not guaranteed passage to the EMERGENCY ROOM from a main road.

Please fix this city of Raleigh traffic design flaw.
