Description

The garbage cans at the corner of Garfield and Devon street are always overflowing with trash. People from the adjacent apartments and others, place garbage bags in the containers or along side the containers. These garbage bins have become more of a problem, then a solution.

Please pickup the trash up on a frequent basis or remove the trash can.
