The meters were down because they were installing sensors that would clear any time left on the meters thus ruining one of life's simple pleasures, finding a meter with time remaining!

Does the meter say "Prepay between 6am & 8am" it should state that in the readout.

Ah, maybe it did say that but regardless the two meters took 75 cents in quarters and would not display any value.

A vehicle at 1094 Chapel was ticketed with a time marked before the actual time.. pre-crime? The woman had paid for a 1/2 hour and was ticketed in 15 minutes. This is terrible for business. I wonder if it was due to the new sensors that were installed this week. Please help!

These meters have been repaired. Please note: City Ordinance states that drivers need to move their vehicles to another parking space if the current parking meter is not functioning properly.
