As of Tuesday, 2/9/16, vegetation is untouched, still blocking line of sight, although Cal Trans has been advised by me.

4/10/16 Still unresolved. CalTrans redoing Hwy 13 soon, maybe they can drop off some asphalt?

CalTrans cut down the weeds in the corner triangle as an accommodation for Oakland, but it was not their responsibility. Oakland is supposedly considering my suggestion to pave over the small triangle and make the weed abatement permanent, but no commitment was made and the weeds are returning.
