    Sidewalk - Damage Acknowledged
    Dimond Library Sidewlk Oakland, California - Upper Dimond
    sidewalk is lifted approximately 2 inches from level, caused by roots of adjacent street tree. Senior citizen fell and I had to help him get up. Orange cones and warning tape set out, but trip hazard remains unrepaired as of last week.

    4850-4898 Lincoln Avenue Oakland, California - Lincoln Highlands
    4-way stop is obscured by overgrown vegetation on the West side of Hwy 13 overpass at Lincoln Ave. Cars exiting Hwy 13, cannot see Joaquin Miller Rd traffic, and vice versa, when they try to take turns entering the intersection. Vegetation should be cut down and area covered by plant-impervious material so sight lines will be assured without needing future weeding.
