Sidewalk floods with water after rain and becomes a 30 foot sheet of ice in winter. Needs to be replaced.

Still an issue every time it rains and is a safety hazard when ice forms which is a frequent occurrence.

File a Notice of Defect on the Land Records its free. In case someone slips you have officially put the city on notice.
This falls under Public Space and will never be investigated.

Glad city is replacing damaged sidewalks in this area. Seems this section did not make the list despite turning into a pond after each rain and a ice sheet after each snowfall.

It looks like this area may be undergoing repairs. Too soon to say for certain. If so, I wonder if these posts that began 18 months ago may have contributed to making this a reality.
