I've posted at least twice about the trash in this lot. I also posted about the broken curbing. That work order is over 120 days old. This city is responsive about picking up the trash when notified but more needs to be done regarding this eyesore

The lack of lighting continues to pose a safety issues, especially in the dark winter months -- often several cars are just idling in the lot in the dark....very unsettling for workers in the area returning to their cars in the dark. PLEASE address this issue before something bad happens.

NHPD reports: LCI came and did a cleanup with the exception of the concrete pieces. Then someone came and dumped a ceramic toilet and some other things. Lighting is supposed to be on track in the next two weeks, using Light the Night flood lamps. We believe this will help along with increased patrols. If the lights fail to curtail that activity we may have to try to come up with a plan to stop the parking in the back row.
