I am an avid walker and for weeks and weeks the resident at 171 Village Park Drive has had a trailer parked in his driveway and then they park a car behind it which ends up blocking the sidewalk completely causing us walkers to have to go around and out in the street. A couple of days ago I was almost hit by a car from behind. My neighbor told me there is a City of Newnan ordinance that prevents homeowners from blocking the sidewalks. If this is the case please do something before someone gets hurt. Thanks You.
