The item was never picked up yesterday! How can you close this issue when noting was done? Please send someone out here ASAP to pick up this chair so it doesn't stay sitting in the middle of the sidewalk forever. I sent a thanks while I was at work, so I wasn't aware you neglected to do their job. Please do not close this issue until the chair has been picked up and removed from the street.
