One additional point. The width of the travel lane is so small that should someone in a parked vehicle open their door suddenly, there will be a serious accident.

City staff did a field investigation and the travel lanes are the specified 18’ (10’ travel lane and 8’ parking lane which are standard lane widths). The one exception is a location just west of Hillock Dr that was too narrow for approximately 100’ that the contractor is going to correct this week. There is also one location that staff observed vehicles crossing the centerline. At this location there is a very wide trailer parked on the street, this is not allowed per city code and staff will work to have this removed. Thank you for reporting this issue.
