After I submitted a request to remove an alley light which was in danger of falling down, they city replaced the light pole with this orange cone (see photo). It has been over a month with just a cone instead of an alley light. We have had two crimes committed in this alley now that there is no light. Please finish the job which was started and install a new high quality alley light immediately besides another crime is committed. Thank you.
