This is what happens when the last street sweeping was on October 1 before the leaves even started falling. No other street sweeping has been done since.

I even cleared this drain out several times on my own (even though i don't live at the corner)

Please attempt to clear out the storm drains at the bottoms of each hill along Valley before winter sets in. Thank you.
