The outdoor refrigerated hockey rink at palace playground A group of guys on Saturday mornings at 8 AM we skate up there and the rink has no shovels and it was in poor condition We where wondering if it can be maintained a little better if there's going to be no shovels or a broom to broom it (snow) off it would be very much appreciated thanks much.. the 50 and older gang that skate on Saturday mornings
