Visitors are allowed as long as they are parked on an approved surface or legally parked on the street. Visitors are not considered an occupant unless they are on the lease, even if they are at the home multiple nights each week. Updates will be posted here.

observant neighbor, I am having this same issue in my neighborhood. The city was no help, as the current ordinance makes it hard to enforce, apparently. :-| Frustrating, isn't it?

Yes it is very frustrating. The smart landlord write leases with only 4 names then nothing is done.
