For some reason the dog owners on this street do NOT clean up after their dogs. Has to be one of the worst streets in the boro of Manhattan!

We have the same issues further south on Cabrini between 181 and 187. There Gould be some law enforcement on the streets periodically to enforce the laws, it's gross and unsanitary. I see kids playing on these sidewalks and then walking into their apartments!
I see a potential health hazard at the same time a revenue opportunity for NYC.
