For several weeks now they have neglected to pick up my yard waste when they pick up my trash. The paper bags I put grass and yard clippings in began to fall apart from the rain so I started using plastic bags which are now water logged. There are branches which are bundled as well. People took to piling pumpkins on my bags of yard waste as it just sat there so the whole thing is now a wet, smelly mess. Please pick up.
