This dead and rotting tree is still standing and dumping dead banches all over my yard and the sidewalk.

Should also point out, it's not my tree. It's in my neighbors yard. Which is why I reported it. He refuses to remove it. If it was in my yard, I would have had it removed long ago. Which I did to a similar tree years ago.
