Description

For about the 10th time in last 2 months I have observed an extremely long tractor trailer vehicle from FDR Laundry doing a pick up or delivery at Caton Park Nursing Home. No traffic can get by. Engine idling. Impossible for emergency vehicle to get thru if necessary. Lately they try to ameliorate the problem by arriving at 4 or 4:30 am but truck noise wakes us up.
