Unfortunately for the owners and residence on this block 754,758,thru 772 , State St will have to live with the trash and leaves left behind due no signage for the non residence Lawyers office workers and labors who park here for FREE from 7 AM to 4 PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY .THER IS A 2 HOUR PARKING LIMIT THAT HAS NOT BEEN INFORCED. It further inconviences the businesses and residence of parking. Since I am the landlord and do my part to keep my property in good order $25,000 a year tax should give my tenants a safe clean place to live the city's NO TICKET NO TOE DOES NOT WORK HERE . Please enforce the 2 HOUR PARKING LIMITS FOR NON RESIDENCE. This area has to be cleaned up and the sewer is full once again.I would be happy to meet any one there to take care of this matter.
