This abandoned house had its entire roof covered in blue tarps some months ago, but now they are all shredded and flying. It looked really creepy for Halloween, but Halloween is over. The property gets only the barest minimum of maintenance and upkeep.

Just a more general question here: If you go to a property in response to a citizen complaint, and you find more violations than those in the original complaint, do you act on those additional violations as well?
