Tenants at this duplex park across the sidewalk all the time. Makes it difficult for us pedestrians to walk.

If they would get rid of the abandoned/disabled vehicle in the driveway they could pull in farther. The red car in the driveway had the back window smashed out last fall from falling tree branch. When someone came by to trim the tree they had to push the car rout into the street so they could get to the tree. Later they pushed it back in the driveway. It hasn't been moved since. That was several months ago.
