It's interesting how the town of Randolph allows a total of 3 liquor stores to operate within the same vicinity only promoting alcoholism and hoodlums trashing the side walk with open containers and littering the place with empty liquor vials. Take pride in the town and help it to grow rather than letting it get run down.

The town held a second Fall clean up a few weeks ago (in addition to the annual Spring clean up). We have added signage, and additional trash cans throughout town. Unfortunately, litterbugs persist, and this is an issue that is very difficult to control. Fines can only be imposed if the litterbug is caught in the act.

Where is this signage? I've still not seen any of these recent additions?
