There are several complaints about this property. Deplorable condition, looks run down and is bringing property values down. Not sure if the landlord is renting section 8, but if so, what about the substandard parking area? The asphalt is breaking up and has holes. Why then, as a business, is it allowed to be in this condition, attracting less than desirable tenants and affecting everyone else's property?
