Over the last few weeks, many people have been parking across the street or in front of my home to smoke weed in their cars. I suspect they are purchasing it on the street. I approached a different person in a different car a couple days ago, and told him to go away. he hasn't been back since. But this can and another car, along with a motor home that are always parked illegally on the street, are frequently loitering.
