Opis

The lower end of Russell St is in need of repaving. There is so much road damage it is hard to avoid it. Check it out! Thank You

The lower (southern) end of Russell has been repaved. The end up by Hemingway is still a little bumpy, though not as bad as the lower portion had been. This item is geo-coded as on Quinnipiac. I am closing it because of the repave of lower Russell, but if you would like to report the upper portion, please open as a new issue.
