Sharraxaadda

A white work van with Maryland plates has been parked in the alley behind 419 10th St NE overnight for several days and many other nights over the last few weeks. This is at least the seventh request for parking enforcement. Nothing has been done to date, including yesterday when Badge 247 determined there is no violation (See 15-00323060). Please ticket and tow or knock on my door 411 10th St NE and explain why this vehicle can park in the alley with impunity.
