278 & 266 dispatched to the address to investigate a 311 complaint regarding construction without permits. We arrived at the address and knocked on the front door, but nobody was home. At the time of the investigation, the construction of a metal picket fence (not over 8? no permit needed) was found. This address has an active permit for a residential storm damage repairs and the permit is paid for. At the time of the visit, no visible violations or un-permitted work was found.
