There is a cable or wire running on the sidewalk for almost an entire block ... could be cable but I'm not sure. It leads from a utility box that is located between 3902 and 3904 Covina, then onto the sidewalk and down the sidewalk to approximately 3810 Covina Drive where it leads to a house. It has been there for over a week.
