Deskripsyon

This traffic light has been blinking for several days. It had been called in on and was fixed once but seems it only lasted a day. Now it's been blinking and it makes it extremely difficult to make a left turn off of Pierpont on to Pennsylvania at lunch times and at rush hour at the end of the day. Traffic backs up all the way to the next traffic light in both lanes making it virtually impossible to make that left turn around 5pm.
