The property owner of the above adress does not reside in CT therefore i am unbale to verbalize my compliant to him. I am asking city officials to come to rock creek road to see how the landscaper who took care of the property leaves today blew all of the leaves in the street/ which blew on other residents lawn or in front of the gated area acoss from the house. He also left a mountain of leaves in the street at the end of the property line/ where city line begins. More on the city side. The city ask residents to assist with clearing the drains, which i comply with every year howeever if something is not done about this pile a leaves which will clog the drain very soon then Rock Creek Rd will be flooded and a click fix report will be made daily. The owner has a tenant who has a dog and she does not clean up his crap allow him to crap on neighbors lawn or at the gated area where kids play. The landlord needs to be fined at this point as this is ridiculous. In the winter the people he has plowing for him take the snow from the apartments driveway and pushes it forward acoss the street which covers the fire hydrant. Enough is Enough
