    Peace. Late Wednesday evening at approx. 10:30p , My neighbors and I thought we were hearing things in the dark, but literally there was a Very Large tree that fell onto the back of the the residence fence and has caused damage. The problem with this issue is to conclude as to if it is the City's or State's responsibility to have the tree cut apart and / or hauled away, and who pays for the fence??. Thank you in advance for handling this matter. Also, this is the same residence that has been entered into SeeclickFix before for the Street Lamp needed for the pole in the front of it ( Still has not been reconciled). Peace

    Peace, Grace and New Mercies to One and All. Good morning; There is a large Piece of furniture ( looks like an outdated Headboard that had drawer storage, and an old model television (approx. 50 in.) at the end of the driveway adjacent to the property ( Landlord lives out of town). Across the street at 7 Rock creek road, there is a discarded Mattress box-spring ( The house is for sale, but tenants have not vacated yet???). These issues are very sightly and create an atmosphere for more of the same behaviour when not addressed. Please help us maintenance our Neighborhood. Thank You.

    Someone has literally left a queen size box spring and mattress on the side of the road across from the residents homes between cul-de-sac #1 & #3. Unacceptable, we have never had such blatant disrespect for the neighborhood. The bed is on the City's ground of the street. Can we have it removed a.s.a.p. Thank you

    During the last very strong storm that affected the older tree's, there are several Large limbs that fell by the creek and in back of several yards; they need to be pulled out and shredded or removed, it is City property and these tree's are more fragile than first expected.

    Need help to be shoveled out from behind large snow drifts left by snow plows. The neighborhood is comprised of 3 cul-de-sac 's and a straight away; the majority of the people are elderly and those that may be fit are very few. I just suffered a heartattack and cannot go out this year chasing behind plow drivers to guide snow removal. Previously, Honda Smith was instrumental in being able to dispatch drivers that have expertise in clearing the cul-de-sac without be laboring the residents. Please help!, if there were an emergency, I couldn't even get out the yard. God Bless and Thank you All.

    Peace and Grace; The neighborhood I live in is comprised of 3 cul-de-sac''s and a straight way,( We are right in the middle in #3) the plow drivers that are not experienced with plowing these courts, leave us plowed in behind large snow drifts and the majority of the people are elderly. We have a few folks that try to help but I cannot go out this year chasing behind the plows as I am recovering from a heart attack. The snow is pushed up but nothing is used to treat the road to help melt or get traction on the road and also the only path that connects to valley st, which is the walk through for the children and adults that have to get to school or the bus stop is now obstructed. Ms. Honda Smith (Parks and Recreation ), has been instrumental in the past years with dispatching driver's that have expertise in the area's. Please help find assistance with clearing the snow, our livelihoods do depend on it. Thank you in advance and God bless.

    Peace: As has been reported in the past, just witnessed a drug transaction between a man in a yellow small explorer(aa male, dreads /hat) and a white audi (white male). The street is susceptible to this activity because it is off the main road, and while there hasn't been any blatant harm done, it is still an offense and not the type of activity we want to see escalate. I have noticed that this happens a lot during the day when there are no visible police patrols and those that don't drive up, come through the connecting pathway from valley place north or south to complete their transactions. Can we get some signs stating we live to have a Drug Free zone? Also, patrol during the day. Thank you In advance.

    There has been work done previously on the strip of road between the Top of East ramsdell and Strong street, on Valley, and the pavement has a lot of potholes and divets and is a hazard to tires, bikes and driving in inclement weather; I realize it is a narrow strip of road, and there would definately be travel restrictions, but better now than when there is ice and or snow to have to travel on.

    Peace and Grace ; In the empty space on the corner as you pull onto West hills rd from valley st; There is a small blue vehicle clearly wrecked and pulled as close as possible to the woods without being in them ( visible to everyone driving that way) needs to be towed away before becoming shelter for animals or vagrants. This car has been here over 3 days and I thought by now the police, during their rounds would have found it suspicious and have had it towed away already????

    The residents at these addresses have to be evacuated due to suspicion of a Carbon monoxide leak . The light that should be up on the pole in front of this property has been reported; the firefighters and police are navigating their way to the house with flashlights ( the steps are steep and dangerous ). The light is a must as soon as possible for a myriad of reasons. Property has been reported to LCI and other agencies previously while still under previous owner and yet to have major issues rectified .

    THE PUBLIC STRAITS OF GRASS, TREE'S AND BUSHES ARE TERRIBLY OVERGROWN THROUGH THE CONNECTING PATHWAYS AND SIGHTLINES OF THE STREET. THIS ISSUE AND THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH THE BLIGHT HAVE BEEN REPORTED SEVERAL TIMES. MSGS HAVE BEEN LEFT FOR DEPT. OF PUBLIC WORKS / LCI / AND THE ALDERMAN. CAN WE PLEASE GET SOME HELP TO RESOLVE THESE PROBLEMS AND BRING THE NEIGHBORHOOD BACK TO BEAUTIFUL ?????????. THANK YOU

    The side of the road that spans from the first cul-de-sac to the last, is overgrown, including the pathway in between; I have reported this issue several times and it the connecting ground area from West hills rd to the corner of rockcreek and hilltop have been reported. The biggest problem with this is that , not only do people come by and dump, but they're stopping on the side of private houses and urinating , getting high and or making transactions!; Now, the Snakes are coming out (picture attached ), this is the 2nd one I have seen, the first one I spotted was in the pathway and scurried before I could get a picture. This is a mixed neighborhood of young and old and we've always been Proud of the fact that we kept it clean and orderly & these bushes and brush are / were the responsibility of the CITY, and they used to come out and cut it down and back, not just Some of the grass in the path ??????. Can we PLEASE GET SOME HELP ?!?.

    GRACE; There are 2 very large old trees outside of these residence that are on City ground and overhang into the yard, there are many branches both big and small that need to be trimmed back and / or cut all the way off. This issue was reported last year also, when the tree's along the main road were being cut back; Told we would have to put in separate work order, did that ????? limbs are still breaking off. Please we need your help. Thank you

    Peace be unto You All ; The steps that are located at the begining of the pathway that joins Rockcreek rd to Valley Pl. North need to be made more secure, Possibly by adding another rail on the other side or a ramp of some sort, because the access is not Handicap friendly and it is intimidating trying to get down the stairs with bad knee's ( There are several much older neighbors that have to utilize the path to get from point A to B and have had to enlist the help of passersby or other neighbors to navigate the steps safely, also the is a large Stone fixture protruding out of the ground, thgat was left from when there was an actual sidewalk and if not cognizant, is a trip and fall hazard ( ESPECIALLY WHEN IT RAINS OR SNOWS!! )

    Peace be with You. This issue has been reported a few times now, no response yet??? ; Every year around this time, The buses, grass , bamboo, etc Grow up and around the path between Rock creek road and Valley place Nort!, Currently, there is a whole tree leaning over into the path which obstructs view, especially at night when it is dark and serves as a place for individuals to duck from the police or / and to conduct their drug trafficking. The path and the subsequent grounds that go up either side of it at the Rock creek road level are VERY vERY overgrown , Then pollen is ridiculous, and the poison Ivy is in full bloom ; The curb by cul-de-sac # 2 has tree's almost grown into the street and that causes hazards for the people driving because it is now a blind spot. We ( the Neighbors ) would Appreciate and expedient resolution of this problem to help sustain our neighborhood and keep it Safe and for the Health of those that have Bad Allergies.
