Description

All American Waste truck 4426, CT plate K53262 is illegaly picking up trash before 6 am waking up neighbors. They were creating a racket on the parking lots on either side of 943 Grand Ave at 5:45 am this morning. Can you please enforce the noise ordinance which prohibits pick up and waking up the neighborhood before 7 am? We appreciate it. Thank you.
