We own the house at 11 Townsend Avenue and in the past 2 months 4 cars have lost control and ended up on our lawn and 3 of the 4 times the fire hydrant was taken down. They need to put a speed bump or flashing lights warning of the curve in the road before a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk gets killed! Our lawn has been ripped up 4 times, flooded from the fire hydrants being ripped down and we worry about getting out of our car in the driveway in fear of another wreckless driver! This needs to be addressed. Came home this past Friday night to a car on our front lawn, the fire hydrant down and a mess of our lawn.
