Thank you, for your response. I've been dealing with this situation for the past two months without a resolution. Even our Mayor of Pembroke Pines has not addressed the issue. I have reported this to the federal government below you will find the address. I recommend that you filed a complaint as well since the city of Pembroke Pines is not addressing the issue.

I filed a complaint to department of health on 1/12/16. I received a reply today (1/14/16), stating they came out to area & tested water yesterday. They attached the tested water results to their email response & concluded the following reply:
As you may notice, the color level is high. However, water discoloration is aesthetic and does not constitute an acute risk to health. The Department will continue to work closely with the city of Pembroke Pines in an effort to at least try to reduce the color units in the water.

I want to now what disinfectnants are used to treat the water in Pembroke Pines? Is it chlorine or chloramine? I suggest contacting the EPA.

I think the city should be upfront about the problem and keep us updated on their plan of correction. Maybe the news media can help shed more light on the situation?
