Actually, there is no need for you to call me. An employee of the Health Department checked on the property at the end of last week. The employee found debris, trash and litter on the property. The employee spoke with the landlord. The landlord appeared to understand that his tenants need to keep the property neat. The landord said that he is calling his maintainer to go to the property early this week to clean it. Please keep the town informed of any issues concerning this property.
