This light has been blinking on (seldom) anf off (most of the time) for over a year. It has been noted and identified as defective by a crew of street lamp repair crew, but they refused to repair as they said they didn't have the proper bulb!

Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
