Every Monday when trash is picked up they throw containers everywhere have to replace trash cans at least once a month at 68.00 each time when I call them they say will talk to driver I'm 64 yrs old an retired getting expensive also city hall won't look into it

Just this week I watched Winter Bros employees empty cans and then "toss" them back in the to general area of where they came from.. often landing in the driveway, on the lawn.. even at the next house.
Glad some of you are having good service but when I hear the truck coming and look out... they carry the can to the truck, empty the bags (yes often reaching in the tossing) and then pretend the can is a Frisbee. Fantastic!
