Description

14&k nw. SE corner. Walk signal is not visible to westbound pedestrians crossing 14th street. Walk signal has been bumped and turned. This has been reported previously by me and others. Why such a delay at such a busy intersection. If your mother had to cross this street everyday you would have fixed this long ago.
