Thank you but how can we move our cars if they don't follow the schedule they posted??

No signs were posted on alden or edgewood and the storm drains are filled with leaves.

The same is true of Willard Street. There was no notice that street sweeping would occur. Very few cars had moved when the trucks came through. This is the third time this season that Public Works has not posted notice that street sweeping would occur on this street, resulting in less than effective street cleaning. There were two other dates listed on the PW schedule but this street was not swept on those dates.

Last year nature and the scheduling didn't coordinate and as a result the leaves fell AFTER they swept , no attempt was made to clean anything(even no tag no tow) had to deal with frozen leaves & clogged drains all winter. Thank Mayor Harp for cutting back the street sweeping program.
BTW I am blowing all my leaves into the street as a protest that there is STILL no appeal process for the leaf/snow tickets they threaten to give out, which makes them unenforceable and not worth the paper they are on. Should this really take 20 years ???
