Description

Broach School has a dumpster on a vacant lot across from the school on 45 ave between 43 and 44 street. The carnage is always overflowing blowing all over neighborhood. People have put furniture and car tires. There are rodents in the evening. Attaced are a couple of photos taken Thursday Nov.5 around 4:30pm.
