I live on the crossroads of Pleasant and Seeley Ave. I believe the solar panel that the street light uses is not working right. On cloudy days, the light, at night, is off. Yet on bright sunny days, the light, at night is on. This is a very dangerous corner when this light is not on, especially for pedestrians crossing. Plus , the security of that light is gone for the residents on the four corners. Please have the solar panel and wiring checked. I know others in the neighborhood have complained about this and it is continuing to happen.
