Description

Traffic heading west to east on W Mt Hope Ave has over one full minute, and there is not enough cars to justify this length. Northbound and southbound MLK traffic only get one minute, and handles a substantially larger amount of cars. My request is to markedly reduce the amount of time W Mt. Hope gets per rotation.
