Northbound and southbound MLK traffic only get one minute, and handles a substantially larger amount of cars. My request is to markedly reduce the amount of time W Mt. Hope gets per rotation.

A large line ends up forming, and since there is no left turn arrow, SB Hagadorn traffic has to turn east onto Jolly on a yellow light.
