Sharraxaadda

This unnamed pathway between 16th street and Campus Lane is the main pedestrian route between the neighborhoods west of the freeway (and the starbucks, etc) and the area around the UCSF campus and the T-Third Muni Metro station. There is no indication to drivers on Owens Street that pedestrians could be crossing here, and traffic is usually light enough on Owens for drivers to go over the speed limit, but busy enough that pedestrians have trouble crossing safely.
