Descripción

On the Metropolitan Bike Trail where it crosses Rhode Island Ave NE at mile marker 1.8. There are 6 lights in a row out. Lots of robberies on the bike trail in the area by the pedestrian overpass to the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station.
