Opis

On Boyett where the new apartment is being built (corner of Boyett and Cherry) cement washout is all over the roadway; along with dirt/rocks/debris. Vehicles kick up rocks and the road isn't swept/kept clean. Also the barriers to keep site runoff out of the street and waterways is damaged/missing so dirt/mud/trash/debris wash into to road and drainage.
